📦 Refunds and Returns Policy

At TechSalvaging, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we make it easy to return your item — no questions asked.
🔀 Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- All items must include any accessories, packaging, or extras originally provided.
⚠️ We do not require items to be unused or sealed — but we do inspect all returns to confirm condition matches what was shipped.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
🔧 Faulty Items & Guarantee
All products are backed by a 14-day guarantee. If an item develops a fault within this time:
- Contact us with details and photos if applicable
- We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on stock and the issue
This does not cover accidental damage or improper use.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is late or missing:
- Check your bank account and card statement
- Contact your bank or card provider

🔄 Exchanges
Need a replacement? If your item is defective or damaged, contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange for the same item.
🏰 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit or a replacement.
If the gift was sent to the giver first, we’ll refund the original buyer.

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We recommend a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.
